The Hub for the Exchange of Musical Innovations – HEMI, one of whose partners is the EXIT Foundation, presented the thirty most promising ideas and projects of the second cycle of the HEMI Incubator program as selected by the evaluation committee, which consists of members of the HEMI board of experts and members of the jury.
Experts and mentors of the HEMI incubator will accompany the participants in the development of their ideas, services and products, and at the end of the programme, three innovative ideas and three projects/companies with the greatest potential will receive support subsidies.
Selected candidates will have access to individual mentoring and coaching sessions by top European music industry professionals, as well as workshops for improving knowledge and further development of their entrepreneurial skills. Participants will have access to networking events and brainstorming gatherings, starting with Tallinn Music Week and Athens Music Week, as well as the opportunity to make contact with numerous networks, music conferences and representative festivals of the HEMI network.
Experts and mentors of the HEMI Incubator will monitor and assist the development of innovative ideas, services and products of the selected participants. At the end of the programme, the 3 innovative ideas with the most development potential and the 3 projects/companies with the most potential to influence the future of the music industry will receive support subsidies, which will help them develop their projects and expand their networks.
The thirty selected HEMI Incubator ideas and projects cover a wide range of topics facing the music sector, providing innovative solutions to foster social change, diversity, sustainability and creativity in an evolving industry where art, science and business converge.
