Today, we celebrate the courage, passion, and energy of the incredible women shaping our world and making it a better place – whether they’re powerful artists on stage, unstoppable forces in the crowd, or the dedicated women of the EXIT team and beyond.
This International Women’s Day, EXIT honors the visionaries who are leading the way in music and festivals – musicians, producers, DJs, managers, organizers, and creatives who are breaking barriers in the music industry and inspiring generations.
We also recognize the leaders, innovators, and women within the EXIT team who form the driving force behind EXIT Festival, making up an impressive 70% of the organization. Without their talent, energy, and dedication, no stage would shine as brightly, and the EXIT family wouldn’t be the powerful, authentic, and unstoppable force it is today.

On the world’s biggest stages, women are setting the rhythm of change. They are shaping the future of music, not only as artists who captivate audiences but also as the creative minds behind the visual experience. Their vision, creativity, and dedication propel the industry forward, creating unforgettable moments for millions of fans.
Within the EXIT team, women are the backbone of the festival and its driving energy. Their creativity and commitment influence every aspect of the event, from production and logistics to finance, marketing, PR, tourism, and the social initiatives lead by EXIT.
Women are the essence of music and festivals, and EXIT proudly celebrates those who, through their talent, passion, and vision, are shaping the music and festival industry, pushing boundaries, and bringing new energy to everything they do. Whether they’re on stage, behind the scenes, or in the audience, their strength, creativity, and courage continue to define the future of festivals and music.
The talent, passion, and artistic expression of women take center stage at EXIT, reflected in the festival’s diverse and dynamic lineup. At the landmark 25th edition, taking place from July 10–13 at Petrovaradin Fortress, the main stage will welcome the debut of two-time Eurovision winner Loreen. The iconic MTS Dance Arena will be the epicenter of electrifying performances from global electronic music stars, including Amelie Lens, Nina Kraviz, and Indira Paganotto, who will join forces with Sara Landry for a special set. Meanwhile, the innovative KI/KI will take over the NSNS stage. The power of female talent will be felt across every festival stage, as artists from various genres captivate audiences and prove that music, just like them, knows no boundaries.
At EXIT, women don’t just follow trends – they set them. With every performance, they take the world by storm. Today, we celebrate them, but their influence is felt every day of the year, in every beat, every rhythm, and every dance move that carries their unmistakable imprint.
